STUDIO LIGHTING

For todays assignment we got to practice with studio lighting. All of this was pretty new to me because I've never had the opportunity to use that type of equipment. Today we focused on different techniques, broad lighting, short lighting, side/split lighting, Rembrandt lighting, and key lighting. To practice this I took 5 pictures of my classmates in an empty class room. I struggled a bit at first with my camera settings to get the most out of these photos, but towards the end I got the hang of it and these were the best ones that came out. I really enjoyed this assignment because it is something I am sure I will end up doing in the future.
